peace with my parents
♥ i am the source of making peace with my own parents.
♥ out of the previous, comes the present.
♥ i am here by grace of my parents. i am grateful.
♥ I HONOR MY PARENTS TODAY AND TOMORROW.
♥ they did the best they could, all the time for me.
♥ even if they made mistakes, with limitations of their day and generation, they were doing the best they knew how.
♥ i know the power of spoken word. i speak good about my parents.
♥ I LEAVE BEHIND CONDEMNING THOUGHTS AND CRITICISMS NOW.
♥ i no longer discuss “the failings” of my parents. i honor them.
they always did the best they could, with the limitations they had.
♥ parents and everyone, in their own way, travel on toward higher truth…
in perfect timing evolving by design, their design, not mine.
♥ all that’s previous is necessary to the new, no matter what…
♥ i am happy to let go of old grudges and suffering about my parents.
♥ i lift up, rather than condemn today. i declare gratitude.
♥ i give up trying “to fasten” mistakes on my parents, as realities.
♥ I REALIZE THAT WHAT I CONDEMN IN ANOTHER
IS WHAT I DON’T ACCEPT IN MYSELF.
♥ today i lose sight of all my elaborate differences and divisions and become conscious
of how similar i am to my own parents.
♥ i call forth good humor, great understanding and generosity
♥ i extend forgiveness, compassion and understanding to my own parents, and all
parents in this moment.
♥ i find a brightness, within me, to extend everywhere…
♥ i am the source of what comes to me…generosity with my own parents attracts beneficent accord with my own children, all future moments.
♥ i extend grace, i am seen with grace.
♥ i treat others, as i intend to be treated.
♥ I GIVE UP JUDGING, I AM NOT JUDGED.
♥ i appreciate, i am appreciated.
♥ i love, i am loved.
♥ i understand, i am understood.
♥ out of the previous, comes the present…
